Qualifications/Experience Needed:
  • NVQ Level 3 in HGV Mechanics or equivalent
  • 6 years of HGV mechanic experience
  • Class 1 driving license (desirable)
  • DVSA MOT tester (Level 4 experience) (desirable)
Bonus Details:
  • Receive a £1000 incentive bonus after completing your first 2 full weeks of employment (T&Cs apply).

Do you offer emergency breakdown cover, and are you available out of hours?
Yes. Our mobile breakdown service runs 24/7, every day including weekends, so you’re never stuck with nowhere to call. Our Oldbury workshop runs around the clock from Monday 6am to Friday 4pm for servicing, repairs and inspections. Whatever the problem, call 0121 557 3505 and we’ll get a technician or recovery unit moving.
Rigids, tractor units, trailers, vans and light commercials — all makes. We’re not tied to one manufacturer, so whatever’s in your fleet, we’ll work on it.
Both. Servicing, minor repairs and diagnostics we can do on-site at your yard, which keeps the vehicle working. Heavier jobs, recovery or anything needing the ramp come into our Oldbury workshop.
Yes. We do a full pre-MOT inspection, put right anything that would fail, and present it at the test station for you. We run a 99.4% first-time pass rate, so you’re not paying for wasted re-tests.
Yes. We work with fleets of all sizes on trade accounts with agreed terms, and carry out safety inspections and servicing to DVSA standards with the signed records your O-licence maintenance file needs. We’ll put your vehicles on a planned inspection schedule so nothing gets missed — one point of contact, one monthly invoice.
